Our philosophy is wine is food, wine is fun. More importantly, however, we understand food is better with wine, and wine is better with food. I dare you to try one of our juicy half pound burgers with a big boastful local zinfandel! Most of the wine produced across the globe is consumed at the table, with friends and family, without an ounce of pretense. This is how we would like you to enjoy your meal at the Diamondback Grill. We intend to deliver the enjoyment of food and wine, thoughtfully prepared and served, without pretense. However, quality is never far from focus. The wines we offer (many local) have been selected for their forward and direct flavors to compliment our menu. They share a food friendly flavor profile with pricing that should encourage you to explore and experiment with each visit.
Developing our Wine Bar has been a joyous exercise for us and we are excited to share with you an intimate setting to enjoy a rich wine experience. Sure, we offer all the wines on our dining room list, but in the Wine Bar, we also offer so much more: interesting flights of wines, selections from lesser known producers, provocative food pairings, tasting events with winery representatives and tasting classes.
A wine enthusiast with a sense of adventure will find many reasons to visit our Wine Bar, again and again. Soon that same wine enthusiast may be enticed to join the Diamondback Wine Club. Members will enjoy discounts on Wine Bar events and retail purchases, access to exclusive tasting events and receive two (hand-selected) bottles of wine every quarter throughout the year. See our Diamondback Wine Club section for further benefits of being an exclusive member of our wine club.
We know how to start off the workweek by enjoying a good glass of wine with friends. Stop by and see for yourself at Diamondback's Winemaker Monday nights. Taste a little great wine, eat a little good food, laugh a little with friends, buy a few bottles, and go home happy. Just a reminder if you haven't joined us for our Winemaker Monday Nights they are from 5:30 to 8:00, there is a $15 tasting fee ($10 for wine club members); however the fee will be waived if you purchase bottles of wine on the night of the tasting. Upcoming Winemaker Monday events:
